FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How do I sign up and pay?
A $100 deposit reserves your spot on the bus, with the balance due 60 days before the trip. Deposits may be made by mailing a check with the corresponding registration form, or through PayPal. Once you make a deposit, we can work with you to submit the balance by PayPal.
Q: What does my tour payment include?
A: Your tour includes all game tickets, hotel, bus transportation and bus driver gratuity (you are welcome to tip the driver on your own). Most of our hotels offer a continental breakfast. Hotels that do not include breakfast will be noted. Additional inclusions such as a stadium tour will be noted in the tour description. Tour prices are round-trip, with some tours offering one-way options. Please refer to the individual tour description and contact us if you have questions as to what is included.
Q: Do you drive thru the night?
A: Every night is spent at a hotel. We drive after some games to limit rush hour traffic the next morning.
Q: What hotels do you stay at?
A: Hotels are a range of two and three star properties (Drury Inn, Hampton Inn.) We stay at hotels that fit at least one, hopefully two of the following criteria: 1) location along our route; 2) offer breakfast; 3) are near the ballpark.
Q: How is seating determined on the bus?
A: You may request a seating location with full payment. We will assign all other seats on the first day, though we encourage you to move around and visit with everyone on the trip.
Q: Who can go on the trip?
A: All ages are welcome and we promote a family atmosphere. Guests under 18 must travel with an adult family member or guardian. There could be times when the bus will park some distance from the stadium turnstiles, so please be prepared to walk.
